"And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. "This, then, is how you should pray:
`Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. '

This is the issue. How shall we pray.
Jesus tell us that we have to go inside our room and pray in unity with God.
I have used another pray: God please tell me that you love me. And I repeat the words: God loves you.
I keep saying these words, cause my own words is tormenting me.
I keep saying: Keep going.
The paternoster is to hard for me. Too many words.
When I am depressed I do not believe in God. But I believe in the words that God have told me. That we are all loved by Jesus.
Jesus walked to the cross to take away our sins.
Also yours and my sins toke he away.
We are free.
We are not under the law. We are under the law of Love.
We can pray as we want. We can talk to God as we want. We are not under the law.
And Jesus is born to give us hope for an eternal life.
An eternal life is a life with Jesus here on the earth.
An eternal life is a life where love is the king.
The king is Jesus.
Jesus is Love.
Jesus is the bread we need.
Jesus name is Emmanuel. That means: God with us.
And God will be with us all days until the end of life.
And life will never end.
God will never die.
We will never die.
Love is the king.
The ruler of the world is not Satan.
The ruler of the world is Love.
Love is inside you and outside you.
Love is in every living creature and in every plant.
Go out in the nature if you can and look at the birds.
Look at the sky and the stars.
Look at the beautyful girls at the street. God created them.
God loves you.
Pray as you want. You are free. Jesus set us free. And we can talk to God as we want.
If we do not know what to say we can say:
Our Father in heaven,
